adaptius
AI agents for marketing teams

AI agents built from your Brand Brain. Then your team builds the next one.

First we build your Brand Brain with you, so every agent knows your strategy, your voice, and what it may not claim. We use it to build your first agents with your team: an assistant on your website, agents in the tools you already use, an agent that runs a channel inside rules you approve. Then we hand over the keys, so your team can build and tune the next one.

30 minutes. Free exploration. No obligation.

Enablement, in three steps

We build the first agents with you, then hand over the keys.

  1. Build the Brain together

Your strategy, voice, proof, and the claims an agent may not make, in a Brand Brain your company owns. Already have one? We start from it.

  2. Build the first agents in the open

Your team sees each agent take shape: what it reads, what it may do, and who approves what it publishes.

  3. Hand over the keys

The agents run on your accounts, and we teach your team to build and tune the next one before we step back.

What we build

Three places an agent earns its keep.

  1. On your website

An assistant that answers buyers in your voice, from your approved answers, and hands a real conversation to a person. Ours is one click away: try the Ask Adaptius button on this page.

  2. In your team's tools

Agents in Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok that brief, draft, and review from the same Brain, so a new hire's first draft starts from your strategy.

  3. On a channel

An agent that runs a channel, such as a social account, inside rules you approve: what it may say, to whom, how often, and the word that stops it.

Why the Brain comes first

An agent is only as good as what it knows.

Point an agent at the open internet and it sounds like everyone. Point it at your Brand Brain and it knows your positioning, your voice, your proof, and what it may not say. When the brand changes, the change is approved once, in one place, and every agent is refreshed from that approved source. That is why the next agent is a request, not a project.

Proof

Our own team works this way.

Kip and Kevin set the strategy and run every engagement. Claude plans and writes with them, OpenAI's Codex builds this website and makes its pictures, and Grok runs our account on X. Each works from our Brand Brain, inside rules Kip and Kevin approved. We have built a site assistant for a client too, and Kip and Kevin can show you on a call.

How it fits together

It starts with your brand.

  1. Sharpen what makes the brand better and different.
  2. Put it in a Brand Brain your company owns.
  3. Wire it into the AI tools your team uses, such as Claude and ChatGPT.
  4. Design and build the website, the agents, and the work on top of it.
  5. Teach your team to make the next piece themselves.

Start wherever you need to. Each piece can be hired on its own, scoped to your problem and priced fairly.

You stay in control: it runs in your accounts, and nothing changes or goes out without your approval.

Fair questions

Before you brief us.

Do you build AI agents?

Yes. We build your Brand Brain with you, build your first agents from it with your team, then hand over the keys so your team can build the next one. Every agent works from the Brain, so it knows your strategy, your voice, and what it may not claim. That can be an assistant on your website (like the one on adaptius.ai), agents that draft and review work in the tools your team already uses, or an agent that runs a channel inside rules you approve. They run on your own accounts, with assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok. Nothing an agent makes goes out beyond the approval you set. Hire us for one agent or several, on their own or inside the Sprint; we scope each to the problem and price it fairly. We have built one for a client's website, and we run our own strategy, site, and channels this way, with agents working from our Brain every day.

What is a brand agent?

A brand agent is an AI agent that works from your brand's approved judgment: your strategy, your voice, your proof, and the claims it may not make. Ours read your Brand Brain, so an assistant on your website, an agent drafting in your team's tools, and an agent running a channel all speak for the same brand. Some ad and commerce platforms use the name for a shopping assistant inside an online store; ours are built on your Brand Brain, for your own site, tools, and channels.

Who approves what an AI agent publishes?

You do: an agent publishes only within the approval you set, on accounts your company controls. Every connection has a named owner, set permissions, a working check, and a recheck date. Where the tool allows it, the limit is set in the tool itself rather than only promised by the agent. Your brand's truth changes only when your Brain Manager approves the change.

Why a repository instead of a platform?

So you keep the source, its history, and the ability to use it after Adaptius leaves. The approved files are readable, portable, and controlled in your organization. We retired our earlier hosted platform for that reason. Leaving does not take the Brain away or make Brain Care a condition of using it.
